I had a horrible experience with Sirius - it started last Friday when I was on hold to speak with a representative for 30 minutes. I tried calling again today and was put on hold by a representative for 20+ minutes - I was surprised when the phone rang and I got a new rep who had no idea why I was calling. Needless to say I was not happy. I was calling to activate a free radio subcription for my mom that was activated w/o her knowledge by the dealership she bought it from and she lost out on the free 6 month trial.
