Very frustrating dealing with ULTA .com. Credit card charged 5 times with no order ever going through and no error message received. Told by ULTA would take 3 days to come off my credit card. It is 3 days now and it is still there. Customer Service rep very rude and no responses to my emails sent Sunday night and Tuesday morning. It is now Wednesday night!!! read full review »
