Well Sears thanks for screwing me over! I order a rain barrel online and I have yet to receive it it has been about a month. I called customer service twice and they told me that it was in processing. I now realized I cannot get a refund unless I refuse the order or take it back to the store. Well isn't that nice I get what I ordered then I want to take it back. Maybe I will get myrain barrel in December when I could take advantage of using it. I will never order from you online again.
