The Shark Steam Cleaner works adequately...for about ten uses. At a purchase cost of $80.00 at Walmar, my cost for each use was $ 8.00. For that amount I could have purchased a quality mop...and made more judicious use of my cash. This company has the nerve to demand another ten dollars should the disgruntled customer expect some resolution. Why should I spend even more to acquire yet another faulty piece of plastic.
