I had a family member pass away this week. I don't live in the same town as my family and wanted to send flowers to them. I ordered on-line. When the delivery finally came, it came a day and a half late. The delivery person rang the bell, dropped the flowers on the door stoop and literally ran to the truck, peeling away down the street - my father watched the entire thing from the front window as my step-mum was answering the door.
