I booked a room at Capital Hill Hotel and Suites in Ottawa for Friday May 28th, 2010 through GTA Hotels 1 week ago. I received a prepaid voucher and printed it. When submitted to the hotel on May 28th, it was refused because the room was for my son attending his prom in town. The hotel claimed it had a "no prom" policy. No such policy appears on their website. No such questions were asked at the time of the booking.
