Capital One has literally terrorized me and my family over a fraudlent billing by Mercury Insurance. I have provided tons of input on this fraudulent charge of $204.10 yet Capital One continues to stonewall and now demand that I send them a written letter to file another dispute instead of taking my dispute again over the phone.
