My husband and son joined Pure Fitness. After 9 months my husband called to cancel membership. They wouldn't take cancellation over the phone. He went in. They tried to strong arm him into continuing. He did not. They wouldn't cancel my son's, even though it was being charged to our credit card, until he came in a told them he wanted to cancel. He did.
