If there were another option for service in my area I would definitely leave CenturyLink. I have them for phone service too and it is just as bad! This is the umptenth time I've had an issue with them, so this time I decided to complain. My internet went out on Monday during a storm. I called Tuesday and was told there had been an outage in the area but that it was fixed.
