I ordered the product with the 15 day Trial period agreement. I received the product, tried it, didn't want it and called within a couple of days to cancel. I spoke with one of their reps named "Fances", a gentleman that said he processed the cancellation request. I asked for a confirmation number and he told me that it would be issued thru my email account. The next day, instead of a cancellation confirmation number, they issued another "Your order has been shipped" notice with the same tracking number as the original... read full review »
