I have been receiving phone calls concerning a debt or bad credit from Citi Corp Credit services; at least my phone number has been targeted. The problem is, I am not connected in any way with citi corp! My home is a new building, I was assigned the phone number I use. Most likely another person had the number before I obtained it. I have called the citi corp number listed on my phone ID: no one ever answers the phone when I pick it up.
