William Hayes, a pastor for the above mentioned ministry took over what was a public pot luck dinner from another pastor. Since doing this William has suddenly become wealthy, taking trips and buying cars with his friends and confidants, Roberta Reagan and Scott Spalding. Are they stealing donations? Probably.
