The Worst! They outsourced our move to another moving company and didnt tell us. My sister had a 1 bedroom apartment that she had to move from atlanta to VA because of a promotion in 10 days. They charged us for 900 lbs over the weight limit. She has 1 queen bed and 1 couch that they say took up 3 crates which come to find out weigh 1400 lbs each empty. So that along with outsourcing the move is what drove the price more than double than what was estimated.
