I ordered a POLAR heart rate monitor from the Team Cyclist website way back in November 2009 which has never been delivered. They charged my credit card at the time I ordered it and they still have my money and wont refund it to me despite promises to do so. I have sent countless emails, faxes and now a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, I am still out of pocket $177 and they will not respond to me or my calls, faxes and emails! I think I can say that that money is GONE. Please beware of this company!!! read full review »
