I must say – part of BK’s obvious decline over the years has been your ability to find and hire the worst individuals in the country to manage and work in your restaurants. I live in the New Orleans Market and would have to say it’s near impossible to find a “clean” store with employees that share a good attitude with customers. (Almost every time I go, it seems they make an effort to let us know they’re ANGRY to have to serve us!!)
