I was an extremely loyal Sony customer, having purchased my 127th Sony PC in December. However, I will never buy another Sony product: 1. The order placement process was extremely frustrating - After waiting weeks for my newly configured PC, I called Sony for a status update, only to find that the order was never placed because the Sony rep who took the phone order recorded the wrong security code for my credit card.
