Received a Notebook for Christmas 2009. It didn't work but since it was purchased more than 15 days earlier...it stated on it that Walmart would not accept it back and any service issues would need to be conducted through ACER. Sent it back, cost us $15.00. Received it back about 3 weeks later without the battery. Called them and they tried to SELL us one for $52.00. Finally got them to send one ours back free.
