First when we checked in went to the room it wasn't even cleaned yet. The front desk clerk didn't even bother to inform us. The next thing was the room door wouldn't even shut. We went to complain she said other guest complained earlier in the week but she forgot to mention it to maintenence. We asked for a different room but none were available a friend of ours came by and had to lift the door up just to close it which was terrible.I will probablynever stay there again.
