Just like everyone else, Bank of America is inconsiderate and doesn't own up to its own mistakes. My fees were much less than most people, but it's the principle of the things that really gets me. I was signed up for automatic payments on 2 credit cards for six months, and suddenly for some inexplicable reason, the payments didn't go through this month.
