These guys are thieves. I cancelled my account and was told I would receive a final bill. Instead of sending me my final bill (I always paid them in full, on time) they just went into my bank account (via my debit card) and took the $70.50 for my final bill. The problem: I only had $45 in my account for gas money to get to and from work. I had paid my mortgage and bought groceries and that's all I had left (for gas!) Now, I'm overdrawn and will have to pay a return check fee to the bank. Direct TV could not match the $40 savings I was getting by going with Comcast.
