This company refused to acknowledge my cancellation, took over 4 weeks to send me a return authorization, and it is now more than four weeks since the product was returned and signed for, and they have not issued a credit. One customer service person promised to issue a call tag for the walker I attempted to cancel within 24 hours; this never happened and when I called again, a different customer service person told me that I had been given wrong information.
