I have been a customer of Kohls since 2003. Today I was going to use my Kohls cash for $20 that I was given a few weeks ago and was told it expired and was no good. You can look up my account and find I spend a lot of money at Kohls. I don't think Kohls cash should have an expiration date on it since it is a gift from Kohls for shopping at their stores. As soon as I find another store nearby our home I will no longer shop at Kohls if you are going to continue to keep this policy. If it is a true gift it would not have an expiration date on it.
