I was given a home modifiaction trial period by BOA in November 2009. I paid December and November on time, but I lost my job of 4 plus years on December 28, 2009. As a result, I was late on the 3rd and final trial payment in January 2010. I did contact BOA at that time, and let them know I lost my job. I recieved a letter on January 27, 2010, stating that if I did not make the payment in 30 days, I would not get the modifiaction. I made the payment on Feb. 27, 2010.
