So I called my bank first thing this morning and got their information which I will save you the grief of trying to obtain . Their company that does the transaction is called " 9COMMONWEALTH" through "BANK OF DELAWARE" I contacted the Bank of Delaware where the money gets transferd to, from USA CREDIT.
