My collector car loan with Sovereign Bank was acquired by Santander. These people are the worst customer service outfit you could be involved with. ALL my online account information is incorrect and they don't know how to fix it. Their customer service is over-seas and obviously was low bidder for the contract. They haven't been able to send monhtly statements or email notices so you have to remember to make your payment.
