The customer service at Linders sucks!!! The girls who work there are all friends and they cover each others backs!!! We had issues with our loveseat and I called in customer service to get a technician out to see it. I had to wait two weeks for an appointment. When the day came no one showed up and I was told by customer service that I never placed a call for a technician. So i asked to speak to customer service and I got hung up on!! I called back 3 other times and I kept getting hung up on when I would ask to speak to the manager in charge... read full review »
