A levy was entered against me by Pressler & Pressler due to an outstanding credit card. They claim that I have gotten mail from them stating that I owed the money and that a levy was granted in thier favor on 5/17/10. I have not gotten any documentation from them or the court. I keep asking for paperwork but they are rude and say I am rude and hang us on me. They have placed a levy on my parents bank account and will not release the levy.
