I can't believe we stayed with Hit Web design for a year. Every time you call, you have to wait for at least half an hour before you even talk to someone. I would ask for changes to be made to the site but 2 weeks later would still not be done. No one could tell me why. They outsource their programmers and designers and if they don't complete the work, they don't check up on them. Our account manager was transferred to another department and refused to talk to us.
