Value Dry came in, did a good sales pitch, although ended it with 10% off if you act now. He overpromised, including telling me he could pull out my tub and put it back with no problems. When the contractor showed up, they had to call a plumber who couldn't come for 5 days. He came, pulled out my tub, but Value Dry had disappeared to the next job, although now I was down 1 tub.
