Purchased virus scan update package over the net on 14/12/2009 . Unable to down load or get assistance from McAfee customer Service till May 2010 when I requested refund be sent to a nominated bank account as Visa account used for purchase had been closed months ago. Refund eventually sent to closed Visa account and to date refund not received. Dealing with McAfee supervisors is very frustrating as the only work one day a week. Will never deal with MAfee again. read full review »
