I ordered an outdoor faucet in January, 2010. It's now June and I still don't have it and they will not provide a refund. Every time I call them, I get a new shipping date with a promise they will notify me if anything changes. They don't call and they don't return calls you leave on their answering machine. When you do finally reach them, you get a new date and the same broken promise. Do not order from this company. read full review »
