I am beginning to wonder who owns Turbo Tax. I have always had a professional preparer, but when the price climbs to $425 prep.for a single mother who owns nothing, I tried Turbo Tax. I used it in 2006. Easy. Simple. Cheap. In May 2008, I was then audited for 2006 and put through months of penalties, fees and add on's, and was told I would have won, but the time limit meant I had to simply pay up.
