Stopped and harassed for no explainable reason. Sheriff Mott and others of authority constantly stop and harass citizens for no apparent reason. I was stopped and checked as if I was an immigrant by appearance. This happens very often to individuals in this county. This department wastes their taxpayers dollars to stop and harass individuals whose color is opposite of theirs. However, this is nothing new.
