I am not satisfied with the American Leather Comfort Sleeper. While it is a superior sleeping experience when opened as a sofa bed, it is very uncomfortable to sit on as a sofa. The foam seat cushions collapse to a very thin layer and tend to slope into the center of the sofa. American Leather furnished new cushions and they are only marginally better. This product is unsuitable and we wish to return it. We have been trying to work with American Leather and the retailer for months.
