I received a collection notice on a shipment from the Acaiberrybreeze company. This shipment was over 12 months ago (3/12/09) and was paid for on my credit card before I even received it. Upon seeing the charges from the company on my credit card statement I called Acaiberrybreeze to cancel any further shipments. I received nothing else from them and have not heard from them since, yet I have received a collection notice from Tiburon Financial dated April 29, 2010 and giving me 30 days to respond.
