I was billed for collect call i nver authroized. This wan't the first time Last year they did this to me 3 times. I had to pay the bill last year but today they gave me the credit... something needs to be done here. this company is a total fraud. I don't know why At&T is using them. They need to be shut down.. I have been ripped off at least $500 dollars by them last year. Please lets do something about this company. there are way too many angry people due to this fraudlant company.
