We ordered two atv's on Friday, May 7. I was first of all promised by Heidi that she would get the atv's shipped out faster to arrive the following Tuesday. Ok...so this wasn't followed through. Then we received the atv's and one does not work. After numerous emails which we have kept, the problem with the atv has not been resolved.
