It all started almost exactly a year ago, I contacted Discount Mortgage relief and spoke to a very nice lady who said that I qualified for a loan modification and all I needed to do is make a one tome payment of $1200. So I made the payment and filled out all of their paperwork and faxed it. I also was told by this nice lady that I didn’t have to pay any Mortgage payments until the review is completed.
