We had the AT&T U-Verse installed in Sept of 08. We love the reception of the U-Verse, but, since the installation, we have been fighting with them about a charge for another receiver that we never had and it was never installed. We have made more than a dozen calls to AT&T and we are told that the problem will be taken care of with each call we make. We get our next bill, have the charge still on there along with an added charge and we are back to calling again.
