called to cancel my order on 7-10-09 and received UPS slips on 8/17, 8/18 & 8/19 to sign for my order that i thought someone walked me through to cancel and didn't sign for my last order and when i called to complain they told me i couldn't get my money back and to call my bank and see if they'll reverse the charge which after i few months of waiting they denied my request so i April 31, 2010 i called to tell them i never received my last order and they keep blowing me off and making excuses that the shipping dept... read full review »
