This company stole $3000 from my princaple payments and applied it to interest after a bankruptcy dismissal, repo'ed and sold the vehicle for $11, 500, the payoff from the trustee's statement said i owed them $11, 563, they are suing for $6000, they have already received $33, 000 on a $24, 000 note, so making $9000 in profit is not enough and they want more.
