NCO refuses to FORGIVE Student Loans Due to Disability as per their legal obligation. The Dept. of Veterans Affairs has this veteran rated 100% DISABLED, yet the Dept of Edumacation & NCO uses an oxymoron to excuse their misconduct, stating that they use a "Different Standard" to determine disability.
