BB&T has been in the process of taking over Colonial Bank for months. Until recently it was no big deal. Today I was informed that my Visa Debit card will not be any good, auto payments I had set up might not work and I cannot access funds for transfer to cover costs. It probably would have not been so bad if they sent me another card first and informed me of what needed to be done?
