Bought what was advertised as a "new" Citizen BL5280-52W watch. Recieved watch and inspected item noticing that face of watch had a large diagonal scratch across it. Emailed HH watches the day I recieved item. HH did not respong until a week later, finally issued an RMA with shipping instructions.
