I ordered Wu-Yi source tea once and received the product. When I received the 2nd order, I returned it along with a statement saying that I did not want any future orders--which I have not received. However, in review of my credit card, I have noticed that I have a monthly charge of $11..99 on every bill. I would appreciate it if you would go back and credit my account for all of the charges and make my account correct as I believe what you are doing is not only illegal, but unethical.
