Applied for a loan. Initially all was good. Was told my cash was not not needed and what not. Then 45 days later they can't get my loan through system. IT glitch. Then they deny loan based on inappropriate level of funds for closing??????????? Um hello? Cash available, told not needed, loan denied anyway???? Thank God I have it all in writing, no-one would believe me otherwise... Then I find out my sister's loan for construction got messed up and they walked, my ex-wife's boyfriend is suing them for his loan issues and there are dedicated site's to tracking their deeds...
