I paid my Chase Visa balance in full and requested the account be closed. The following month I received a statement saying I owed them $50 in interest charges. I called and got someone who could barely speak english that said it was 'impossible' to reverse these charges. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he argued with me for 5 minutes about how his supervisor couldn't do anything differently.
