This is a very poorly run company. It is virtually impossible to contact an agent either by telephone or E-mail. In fact, you cannot even send a Fed-Ex because they only list a PO box. I have a simple issue. A couple of months ago, I received a bill with a blalance of $0.00. This month, I received a bill for over $500.00. I only want to speak with some one to resolve the issue.
