Conns was charge with marketing and using warranties in an illegal manner. Since that time, nothing has changed. My mother was sold a 24 month extended warranty that runs concurrent with the 12 month warranty alread provided by the manufacturer. Regardless, she specifically asked when she purchased the TV if the extended warranty extended the 12 month another 24 months and was told YES.
