Took my car in for a safety inspection. At the completion was told that I needed 2 new wipers which they replaced without asking me. This despite the fact that I had put a brand new wiper on the car that morning. When I asked to see the wipers they replaced the service manager removed the charge but showed no embarrassment. read full review »
